Olivia Pope - Scandal
Spencer Hastings - Pretty Little Liars
Olivia Pope could bring the entirety of D.C. to its knees, and she pretty much did since she technically helped steal a presidential election. Apart from her (somewhat) illegal tendencies, Olivia Pope makes things happen. She doesn't give up, even when the going gets tough (and it's a Shonda Rhimes show; the going gets unreasonably tough in every episode). The only reason she's not higher up on this list is her obsession and love for the married President of the United States. Fair enough, you can't choose who you fall for, but Fitz is such an irritating presence that it lowers my opinion of Olivia that she would even consider him. Despite this, Olivia is a fixer. She can solve any problem (except those of the heart), and you definitely don’t want to be on her bad side when that white hat comes off.
I wish I had a friend like Spencer. She is brilliant, determined, fiercely loyal, and more than a little scary when she’s pissed off. She chastises Hanna for not knowing how to pick locks yet! She doesn’t need evidence to get super intense all up in someone’s face; she just sort of goes through life being way more intense than the average human. As much as Spencer’s quote is said to Emily, it says way more about who she is. When it comes to those she loves, she's like a personal cheerleader, following them around and making sure they know exactly what kind of power they have over their lives Being polite these days often means letting others take what you want, and Spencer gives up what she wants only if you break her tightly gripped fingers first.
"I always have cards left to play."

“Emily, you want it more. And it is okay to admit that.”
